2. Creative Visualization

Focusing on the intense color blue or black (for some peopleblue is a more intense color to tolerate and use for healing but either will do and since black is the absence of light and an abosrber of it you could see why some people would have difficulty using black to heal themselves of negative vibrations and of absorbing negative vibrations from their body and soul, etc.).Also, focusing on pure white light is great for purity. The color blue and white are frequently used in healing practices and one must be open to these colors in order to facilitate the healing process.Other things that you can do with creative visualization are trying to imagine in 3 dimensions what you want your life to be like and how you want it to turn out. By creativevisualization, I mean, imagining what and how you want things to turn out, what kinds of people you want to come into your life and what kind of help you want from yourself, your friends, and the people who do show up in your life, not to mention the Universe. Healing is all up to you as well as using creative visualization to bring about the possibility of changing your life around and making it what you imagine it to be and this is where the power of creative visualization can help you become the person that you are. You must want to change as well as you do the work to turn your life around and by imagining the possibility of things really happening in your life with your powerful mind, it is possible to let go and change you reality around like you never thought was possible, but as with all things, you have to work at it and this is where the challenge and the call to heal yourself creatively and visually becomes more than a challenge, but of creating a vision and sticking to it and of imagining that possibility to be so real that it does happen and you are healed of your virus or anything else for that matter.
