Rice and grains- If can be proven and the case is great for those people who eat a lot of rice and grains on a regular basis as one of the mainstays of and at least 30% of your diet and these two factors will greatly help in the healing of your body of HIV. You must eat a diet with at least 30% grains and natural wheat products because to put it simple, rice bran, wheat bran, pumpkin seeds, squash seeds and wheat germ are high in phosphorous as well as nitrogen and these act as natrual fertilizers when eaten in the diet and everyone knows that fertilizer makes things grow more readily in life.
Other products which an HIV/AIDS patient and people who are not HIV positive should eat and include in their diet on a regular basis without going overboard about it are these things:
There are many other foods I have not listed here. If you know these foods contain the elements that I have listed above, then by all means eat them regularly to support a healthy diet.
If you are not eating a healthy diet regularly, then you might want to consider taking a comprehensive vitamin which supplements what you don't get in your normal diet irregularly per week. Centrum from A to Z is a good brand and there are other very good vitamin brands out there but make sure that you take something that is complete and not loaded with chemicals and additives and the only way to do this is to read the labels and compare notes and choose what you think is best for you. Natural vitamins are the best. The reason that I say take vitamins irregularly is because you don't want to overload your system on a regular basis as this is not good for you to do and vitamins are only needed occaissionally, not all the time.
The goal of any healing is to create an alkaline body, not an acidic body. As, when your body is more alkaline, it naturally produces less uric acid which in high concentrations can be deadly to your kidneys and once the kidneys are destroyed, you will have to go out and get a kidney transplant and this would not be so good.
Also, here is a list of foods which you may want to consider eating in whole or raw form with as little processing as possible and just skip eating meat and you'll be doing your body a favor. If you have to eat meat, then do it sparingly and only for clarity. Besides, your body will love you even more and you will notice that there will be a dramatic change in your overall health level and the level of energy that you have in order to do things, i.e., you'll be full of energy just like a bunnyrabbit and you'll return to the level of energy that you possessed as a child before you were made to eat processed foods and meat and a diet high in junk food which is not so good for people who have HIV/ AIDS and who are trying to heal from this virus assuming this is you to begin with or anybody else who is not sick from disease or sick from any other disease for that matter.
According to N.W. Walker's Diet and Salad Suggestions', these are foods you should eat and the minerals which are found in these foods:
As a rule, you should stay away from artifically flavored and chemically altered foods as these foods are not good for your body and will actually make you sicker over a short or a long period of time.
I especially recommend that all people and especially HIV/AIDS "patients" completely refrain from the following destructive elements in their diet: large quantities of alcohol all the time ( a drink occassionally is o.k. to clean out the system, pure alcohol like vodka or brandy in it purer forms.), coffe, tea, milk, tobacco products, and any other products which contain caffiene in high concentrations which have been known to cause caner in animals when injected in to an animal's skin. Tea also contains caffiene and if you are going to drink tea, then drink the following: ginseng tea ( in samll amonts and not every day as you will get headaches otherwise), camomile, peppermint, alfalfa, sarsparilla, Golden Seal, flax seed, safflower, or fenugreek tea.
If you are going to drink coffee then drink dandelion coffee or decaffenated coffee at the very least. As far ar drinking milk goes, drink natural milk substitutes like soy milk, soy protein, nut milk made out of 1 cup of almonds or pecans, 2 cups of pure water and 1 tablespoon of honey blended in a blender at high speeds, or Formulas 1-9 (see diagram), sesamee seed milk, or soybeen milk as mentioned previously.
If you want to learn more about your diet and the effects it will have on you then I strongly recommend that you read Dick Gregory's Natural Diet For Folks Who Eat: Cookin' With Mother
Nature which was edited by James R. McGraw with Alvenia M. Fulton and is from Harper & Row Publishers, Inc.
Other products which I recommend as a way to stimulate the nervous system and make it stronger are the following:
Oats- (Less known as avena sativa, fatua and other species), graminacaceae, of the grain family. Other common names for oats are called wild oats, avena and the part of oats used are usually the green milky seeds, straw and the grain itself.
Eating wild oats is best for your body as oats are high in silica which is a common class of minerals and silicates that contain high concentrations of silicon and oxygen and the results of eating lots of oats in moderation would be the similiar equivalent of reminding yourself to breathe properly all of the time so that you can oxygenate the cells in your body and circulate the blood in your body and clean it out of toxins naturally.
And, your basic silicate minerals are silica tetrahedron, and that is made up of four oxygen atoms and one silicon atom and silica is found in high concentrations in the minerals that I have discusssed earlier in this paper, so one of the chief components of a healthy body can be gotten from eating food high in silica and by surrounding yourself with clear quartz crystals, as well as,
using combinations of quartz and other minerals that I have mentioned earlier in order to create a gem elixir which will return the body to its' normal PH and balance over a period of 4-6 months, sometimes as high as a year, depending upon what you are eating in your diet as I cannot stress the importance of changing your diet to a diet low in meat consumption (or no consumption at all), no tobacco products, no caffiene, no carbonated beverages, low in white bread consumption (if you are going to eat bread then eat wheat bread or pumpernickle bread) low in protein consumption, a life low in stress and basically a diet with lots of vegetables and
whole grains, at least 33% of your diet. The other 33% of your diet should contain protein which is a very healthy thing to eat. The kinds of natural protein that I recommend that you substitute meat with are vegetarian hot dogs, tempeh, soy burgers, soy sausage, soy baloney, soy cheese, bean curd (better known as tofu), any kind of bean (lentels, beans, pinto, peas, lima beans, black beens, green beans, etc.), vegetarian bacon and other vegetarian products. Just go to the natural foods section of your bigger grocery chains or the Natural whole foods store in your neighborhood which sells mostly vegetarian items and natural meats to the alternative whole foods consumers who prefer to be vegetarians in society as we know it today. If you have difficulty finding stores such as these, then ask around to people who you know are vegetarians, call a radio call in talk show or look up natural foods or some derivative like that in your phone book, etc.
By switching over to a healthy diet now, your body will improve dramatically and you will rebound quicker and heal faster, if this makes any sense to you.
Oats are great for feeding and nourishing your nervous system as they give you over time, more strength, energy, calmness, a state of being which healthy people need in order to live in and work through stressful situations, a great way to calm the nerves, the nervous system, exhaustion, tension, anxiousness and depression, nervous headaches, heart palpitations, nerve tremors, nervous dyspepsia, mental exhaustion and epileptic seizures.
Oatstraw tea and fresh tincture are great for supporting the nervous system and problems that involve nervous exhaustion, and problems mentioned above.
Oat tincture and oatstraw are great and safe for pregnant women and women who are nursing their babies and a great way to add nutrition to the body because of its' tonic properties. Besides, the high silica content found in oats is great for strong bones, teeth, the hari ( ) and the nails.
Also, as a poultice which is nothing more than something like a cream, but in this case a very grainy cream can be made from cooking rolled oats to be applied to your skin if it is itchy, and powdered oats can be mixed with white clay, ground almonds, and water can be made into a paste to cleanse the face. After applying the paste and leaving it on the face for 20 minutes to an hour, I would put the paste all over my body as a way of removing even more toxins from my body, if I wanted to, and you could put honey all over your face and body as this is a great way of bringing blood to the surface and to soften the skin and you know that if you bring blood to your surface then what you are doing is allowing the blood in your body to circulate in incredible amounts and definitely working at removing toxins from your body so that you can get well and move on with your life.
