DIET

As mentioned earlier, under the baths and elsewhere, there are many factors which will influence your ability to heal properly and more quickly than other people and one of these factors which will greatly contribute to whether or not you heal the right way and right away or end up needing more time to heal from HIV/AIDS is your diet.

Recommendations which I'd consider following through on if I had HIV are these:

1) Becoming a serious vegetarian, though this is not necessary, but if you are going to remain a meat eater, then you should consider the following directive: eating naturally processed meat as opposed to meat which has been genetically or chemically altered by any man-made process as eating meat which has been contaminated by natural or unnatual processes can only affect the genetic coding in man and further pollute the body which chemicals and chemical additives are now regularly put into an animal's diet and these days, it is antibiotics, or bovine growth hormone which drastically alters the body chemistry of an animal and which will cause the animal it has been used on (be it a cow, chicken, pig or any other animal for that matter within the pantheon of agriculture, the dairy industry, and in the farming community in general, or at least in some parts of this world as not everyone believes in or uses invasive techniques which drastically increase the production capabilities and therefore the profits of these industries but which also increases the health of the animal before it is mercilessly slaughtered and before that, treaterd inhumanely, etc. depending upon the operation as not all operations do this and there is a humane way to kill an animal if you are going to eat it. If one is going to use farming and agriculture in a way to benefit mankind, then it must be done sanely and humanely and even then there is great debate as to whether mankind should even be eating animals to begin with because it can be proven that scientifically that man is meant to eat the flora and not the fauna, i.e. the vegetables, and not the animals. One of the factors which greatly contributes to whether or not a person develops HIV/AIDS is radiation in the environment, eating a diet high in processed and unnatural food all of the time, monosodium glutamate, and millions of other unnatural and manmade chemical preservatives which may protect the food from going bad for a longer period of time, but when ingested on a regular basis, will only get ingested into your body and end up there lodged in your system and collecting in your internal organs and staying there for long periods of time and stay there as bodily deposits which will build up over short or long periods of time and eventually cause gastrointestinal, as well as, other kinds of bodily problems.

I could go on at length about the problems of eating a diet which is unnatural and processed all of the time, but I am sure that you get the point I am trying to make here and if you don't believe me then try living the pure life and find out how it changes you and what it can do for you in terms of healing regardless of if you have HIV/AIDS.

Cleaning up your diet can and will have a major effect on the health of your body, believe it or not, so switch yourself over to being vegetarian as much as possible.
