Another great way to sooth the body (bathwise) would be to make a strong infusion in an oatbath by steeping 4-8 ounces of dried oatstraw into 2 quarts of boiled, hot water covered for thirty minutes, strained and added to your bath to sooth and restore your body and nerves. This is another great way to bring toxins to the body surface and to relieve your body of added stress you do not need as a result of taking care of yourself (assuming this is the case for you and also, the case may not be.)
Also, a poultice is nothing more than something like a cream, but in this case a very grainy cream can be made from cooking rolled oats to be applied to your skin if it is itchy, and powdered oats when mixed with white clay, ground almonds and water can be made into a paste to cleanse the face. After applying the paste and leaving it on the face and or body for 20 minutes for 20 minutes to an hour, you could even put honey all over your face and body afterwards or before putting the paste on your body as a way of bringing blood to the surface and softening the skin and if you bring blood to your surface of your skin, then waht you are doing is allowing the blood in your body to circulate in incredible amounts and definitely working at removing deadly toxins from your body, thereby creating a body more at peace with itself, etc. and working at healing yourself properly, etc. You choose the kinds of pastes you want to put on your body, in addition to using all 5 baths to draw toxins out of your bath and to help you heal from the effects of HIV/AIDS. It's all up to you what happens.
