THE STEPS

1. Meditation

Two times per day using Yoga or transcendental meditation techniques or deep breathing 20 minutes in the morning when you get up and 20 minutes at night preferably with the rising and the setting sun, to put you in tune with the rhythms of the Universe. Through meditation, by picking some kind of simple mantra with one syllablewhat you are doing by picking a word to focus upon all the time is changing the vibrations inside of you and re-directing the kind of energy that you want coming your way. You can pick a word like, "love", "I", "I AM", "OHM", "AUM" or any kind of word which makes sense to you which promotes the idea of life, love and harmony in your life and other people's lives. It can be any word that makes sense and that promotes this ideal. Basically, what you get is a result of the kind of energy you put out and thought it might not necessarily come back to you right away, but over time will come back to you as the "love you get is equal to the love you give" and in some cases a return of love is 5 fold and more. You must trust that the Universe has laws all unto itself and if you just follow those laws more closely by listening to yourself and other people, then life will be better but you must be able to discern between people who lie and people who tell the truth and sometimes this is not so easy to do. By meditating what you are doing is changing the brain wave patterns inside of you and around you and opening up yourself to your higher selves and of letting your body, mind and soul rest so that you can get on with the business of living your life and of accomplishing what you set out to do in the first place and of getting it done and creating a path for you to go down which is calmer and more structured and less hostile towards the world. That's what meditiation can do for as well as making you a calmer, quieter and more thoughtful individual.
